Control Process
- 100 % of the gloves manufactured are tested
for both minor and major defects. It is achieved
through both visual and an air test.
- Many automatic process controls are implemented.
Every 30 minutes, a manual check for all process
parameters is performed on top of all the automatic
controls implemented in the production line.
- Online testing of gloves during production
is done on sampling basis and feedback is provided
to process control team for immediate corrective
action.
- Extensive quality testing including tensile
strength, pH test etc. is performed to meet
all standards in our well equipped laboratory.
- Data collected in our laboratory are verified
periodically through an external laboratory
and government agencies for all critical parameters.
- All employees undergo periodic training for
enhancing their skill sets.

Effluent Control
Anusham is committed to maintain a pollution-free
environment and has set-up an effluent treatment
plant, which treats the effluent from the factory
continuously. The effluent material is taken
through several processes before it is converted
into water suitable for irrigation. The process
is monitored continuously. Samples of the treated
water are tested in the lab to ensure the quality
of water leaving the facility. The treated water
is fed to the neighboring agricultural plantations.
